The NMI (Nazarene Missions International) Prayer Retreat and Council Meeting is a gathering of NMI leaders and members from across the East Tennessee District. This two-day event combines:

• Prayer Retreat: A focused time of intercession for global missions, missionaries, and unreached peoples — in the spirit of the NMI's Global Week of Prayer tradition

• Council Meeting: District NMI leadership convenes to conduct official business, review missions giving (LINKS, DSA), plan upcoming initiatives, and coordinate district-wide missions involvement
